Blessed Hope Challenge
“Picture the moment when a billion believers in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ vanish.
Picture it: in a single heartbeat—in the twinkling of an eye—millions, hopefully more than a billion, believers in Jesus as their Savior are gone. Homes go silent and soon stand vulnerable. Workplaces are in upheaval—many have “been redeemed”; trusted coworkers are suddenly absent. Pews are vacant mid-song. A mother’s coffee cools untouched. Cars crash with no drivers. Phones keep ringing with no one to answer.
On live video, a smiling believer vanishes between frames—no flash, no sound—only absence. Financial markets collapse as bills are not paid, mortgages go into default, and monetary stability crumbles. Believing leaders vanish—government leaders across the globe are gone in the twinkle of an eye. Fear, lawlessness, and anarchy begin, and false narratives arise—some claiming alien abductions. But the truth is this: Jesus Himself has come for His Bride, the Church.
1 Thessalonians 4:16–17
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
The Word had already spoken: “I will come again”—and we, the Church, are with the Lord, in our glorified bodies, rejoicing before the Lamb. The undeniable truth stands.
John 14:1–3
Let not your heart be troubled… I go to prepare a place for you… I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
God still desires that none should perish but that all would come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise… but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Our Blessed Hope has arrived. Hallelujah! We are raptured—harpazō—in a twinkling of an eye. The world does not know what happened; they will not see us go, nor will they see our Savior until we come back with Him for the final battle, when Jesus will reign on earth. This is the believer’s Blessed Hope.
Titus 2:13
Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ.
I have on my heart a burden to leave behind a testimony for those who are left—because God wishes none should perish. Hallelujah!
