THE CHALLENGE

Make a Blessed Hope folder/envelope/box/backpack — so that anyone who searches your home, workplace, or car finds the truth that points them to Jesus. The BHO could be a trunk, a box, a decorative bag, a backpack, or a simple folder—just make it obvious. Mark it clearly with words like “WE ARE GONE—YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN” or “THERE IS HOPE—LOOK INSIDE.” Place an unmistakable backpack in your car, an obvious envelope in your desk at work, and a clearly labeled box at home. Remember: in the chaos to come, people will search and scavenge what’s left behind. Let them find the gospel. God desires that none should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Can you imagine even one person rescued from despair because you believed, cared, and prepared something to leave behind? God put this burden on my heart, and I must obey. Please post your Blessed Hope Offerings on your socials, challenge others, and be the light for those who will be left behind. I’m excited to see the creativity God gives you to leave hope in the darkness. And one day in heaven, imagine the joy of meeting the person who found your box and came to Christ. Jesus died and rose again so that all who believe in Him will never die but have eternal life—believe in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and have eternal life! Hallelujah.
